Abstrakt

Nico Stehr and me met first in about 1992, or so, at Cecilienhof in Potsdam. The newly founded Potsdam Institute of Climate Impact Research had convened a group of people who were thought to be able to help bring together the natural science side of climate research and the 'societal dimension", whatever this might mean.
