Abstrakt

The efficacy of the legal certainty principle involves its normative function, in the sense of how it produces effects on other norms or human behavior, and the normative function of the legal certainty principle is relative since the configuration of its normative quality and its several efficacy functions depend on the perspective from which it is analyzed.
