Abstract

There are some people (though not very many as yet) who do not merely criticize the established science but attempt to create a new sort. Here, I will give a brief survey of the leading tendencies of a political cast in this movement as it appears within Britain. I will use journals rather than books as my source of evidence, for these are better indicators of the presence of stable small groups of people who create, and of larger groups who support them financially and otherwise.
